Return Policy

We know shopping online can be hard and we hope that you love everything you buy. However, we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out. If you don't love something you receive then we would be happy to exchange it or return the item for a full refund within our return policy limits.

CUSTOMERS CAN CHOOSE TO CHECKOUT WITH A $1.98 RE:DO FEE THAT ALLOWS CUSTOMERS TO HAVE UNLIMITED RETURNS ON THAT SPECIFIC ORDER FOR FREE IF ANY ITEM OR ITEMS DO NOT WORK OUT. CUSTOMER CAN CHOOSE TO NOT ADD THE FEE ON AN ORDER AND MAKE A RETURN THROUGH THE PORTAL BY PURCHASING A DISCOUNTED SHIPPING LABEL. 

RETURN POLICY
  • Regular priced merchandise can be returned within 15 days of order date. Any merchandise returned outside of the 15 day return period will not be accepted. 
  • Returns can be made for a full refund if made within 15 days of order date. 
  • Any item listed on the sale tab is considered final sale and will not be accepted for return. No exceptions. 
  • We do not cancel any order once it is placed for any reason. 
TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN ALL ITEMS MUST BE
  • Unworn with no signs of wear
  • Unwashed and free from deodorant, makeup, smoke or stains
  • Original tags attached
  • Placed in the original packaging or new packaging and shipped back with any previous labels covered.

ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED AND DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS WILL EITHER BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER OR CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. 

RETURN REQUEST

To process a return please follow these steps: 

  1. Click the link to go to our return portal: Return Portal
  2. Follow the steps by entering the return reason and action needed. Please note, items must fall within the return policy and be qualifying items for returns to be accepted. Final sale items will be rejected. If you need any clarification on if the items fall within our return policy, please email us at info@lindentreegifts.com.
  3. Send back the return or bring it to our storefront to process. 
  4. Once returned items are received they will be processed with in 1-2 business days. 
FINAL SALE ITEMS
  • All sale items are clearly marked on our sale tab and are considered final sale. These items are ineligible for returns and will be rejected and returned to sender if received. 
  • All items purchased on a sitewide sale of 30% or more is considered final sale and will not be returnable.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Please contact USPS with your tracking number to assist you in resolving this issue. 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of your delivery date.  Follow or return process above and attach your images to the request.  We are not responsible for items that are damaged after they have been worn or washed. 

ORDER ERROR

If you have received and incorrect item in your order then please email us at info@lindentreegifts.com within three days of your delivery date with your Order # and an explanation of the error. 

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to receive, inspect, and process your return. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your in-store credit.
